How to locate a book on the shelves
How can I know the book location?
- Confirm the books at which location (Eg: Open Shelf Collection, Reserve Collection and etc).
- Locate the books by call numbers on the shelves.

What should I do if I am not able to locate a book?
There are several possibilities if the book cannot be located at the assigned shelf:
- The item has been returned and is in the process of being re-shelved. Therefore, user can check the “Just Returned” corner nearby the Library counter.
- The item has been mis-shelved; often, Library staff is able to locate the book quickly
- Another user is using the item in the library.
- The item is missing.
If the item still cannot be located, ask help from Library staff.
How do I know which book belongs to Open Shelf Collection?
Open Shelf Collection books has no coloured sticker on the call number label.
