Library FAQ

1. Login to the computer at Learning Commons.
2. Open your document and click [Print].
3. Select [Follow-U] from printer list.
4. Select [Printer Properties] to specify the print settings.
5. Under Paper/Output tab,

1. Select [Paper:] → [Size] for A4 or A3.
2. Select [2-Sided Print:] for to 1-Sided Print, 2-Sided Print or 2 Sided Print, Flip on Short Edge.
3. Select [Output Color:] for Color or Black and White.
4. Click [OK].

6. Click [Accept].

7. You may proceed to the printing machine to release the document from [Follow-U] print queue.

Yes, you can. Here are the steps:

1. Use the Tray 5 (Bypass) when you want to print on other types of paper.

2. Place the paper faced down onto Tray 5 (Bypass).

3. At [Printer Properties], select [Paper:] -> [Select By Tray] -> Tray 5 (Bypass).

1. Visit https://mobileprint.sunway.edu.my/cps/ and click on [Print] button.
2. Login with your Network Login ID and password.
3. Select [SCJB-Student].
4. To print a document, select [Choose File] button to select your document.
5. To print a web page, copy and paste the web page address into [Web Page].
6. Specify the print settings.
7. Click [CONTINUE] button to upload the document.

Yes, you can print via PrinterOn app. For first time users, you will need to configure the app. Please click here to see the steps.

There may be insufficient balance in your account - a minimum of RM0.10 is required for log in. To top up amount, printing coupons can be purchased from Financial Services.

1. Click [Print]
2. In Print Layout, select [Notes Pages].
3. Under Handout select [4 Slides Horizontal] or [4 Slides Vertical]

1. Place the IC front side faced down on the platen glass.

2. Select [Copy] on main menu.
3. Select [Output Format] tab and select [ID Card Copy...].

4. Select [On] then [Save]

5. Press [Start] button to start copying the IC.
6. Turn your IC to the back and place at the same location on the platen glass.
7. Press [Start] button again.

1. Place the original document into the feeder or onto the platen glass.

2. Select [Copy] on main menu.
3. Press [2 Sided Copying] to specify as 2-sided if it is the original or desired copy is 2-sided.

4. Enter the desired copy quantity if more than 1.
5. Select [Start] button to start copying the document.
